The Conseil du statut de la femme (CSF), or Council on the Status of Women, is a government consultative and review body that has sought to promote and defend the rights and interests of women in Québec since 1973. It reports to Québec’s Minister of Culture, Communications and the Status of Women.

Alberta Composers' Association/Association des Compositeurs de l'Alberta (ACA). Founded at Edmonton in September 1977 upon the advice of an ad hoc committee comprising the composers Violet Archer, Dean G. Blair, David Duke, Ronald Hannah, and Richard Johnston, with the assistance of John Weinzweig.
Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada is a national youth-serving organization that began in Saint John, NB, in 1900. Its goal is to work with families and other adults to offer children and youths the opportunities to develop the skills, knowledge and values they seek to become fulfilled individuals.
